Kevin first visited Steamboat Springs during his freshman year of high school. During that ski vacation, he told his friends that Steamboat would someday be his permanent home. After spending summer vacations and winter breaks in Steamboat, Kevin decided to make his dream a reality in 2002 when he departed Buffalo, NY and drove west. 

Kevin was born and raised in the blue-collar city of Buffalo, NY. His passion for winter activities comes from skiing on the slopes of Holiday Valley Ski Resort in the Alleghany Mountains. His mother and father put him on skis at the age of 4 and he has never looked back. He attended St. Bonaventure University, which conveniently was only 20 minutes to the closest ski area, earning a degree in Elementary Education and English. Upon graduation Kevin was bitten by the travel bug and moved to Galway, Ireland. While there he completed more college credits while traveling to various countries around Europe.

Kevin is known for his very straightforward approach to real estate. He enjoys advising his clients, providing them with the data and insight needed to reach their real estate goals. He works to continuously educate himself to bring his clients competent and thorough real estate advice. His dedication to his clients and knowledge of the real estate market ensures success with all of their real estate needs.

When Kevin is not assisting clients, you'll find him with his camera photographing wildlife around the world. His imagery has been in numerous magazines including the cover of Montana Outdoor, National Wildlife Magazine, National Geographic, and more.
